Acupuncture

Acupuncture treatments utilize the insertion of fine, sterile, metal filiform needles into specific acupuncture points of the body. These needles are about as thick as a strand of hair, and insertion is usually painless.
Energy circulates throughout the body along well-defined pathways.  If this energy circulation is disrupted, the result can be pain or illness.  Acupuncture points are stimulated to balance the circulation of energy, which influences the health of the entire being and promotes the body's natural healing ability.

Cupping 

Cupping is one of the oldest methods of traditional Chinese medicine. This healing technique consists of creating a vacuum by placing a cupping glass on the skin. The cup creates suction on the skin stimulating blood to flow to the area where the cup is placed. Quite often used on athletes and martial artists as displayed in the Olympics. 

Moxibustion

"Moxa" is a form of heat therapy in which dried plant material, from the sage family, smolder near the proximity of the surface of the skin.  Moxa invigorates the energetic pathways of the body. The term is derived from the Japanese herb “mogusa”, known as mugwort, and the Latin ” bustion” meaning burning.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy, or Homeopathic Medicine, is the practice of medicine that embraces a holistic, natural approach to the treatment of the sick.  Homeopathy is holistic because it treats the person as a whole, rather than focusing on a diseased part or a labeled sickness.  Homeopathy is natural because its remedies are produced from natural sources, whether vegetable, mineral, or animal in nature.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic massage is a gentle pressure technique used to move the waste fluids from the damaged area.  Your lymphatic system helps eliminate your body’s waste. YOGA
