This energetic class is slightly warmed, led with music, and creates a peaceful and safe environment to unwind and connect the mind body & spirit.


Zoe is a lighthearted, always smiling, energetic soul just itching for connection in which her certified yogi journey brought her. She hopes to spread love and light through each moment and soul leading a very strong but intentional and mindful practice assuring you leave feeling uplifted and connected to your beautiful essence.
