Breath is Life. More than food and water, our breath is most important to our livelihood. Every breath we take is a gift. As we open up and connect with our breath, the same measure opens up in our lives. This is the gift that we receive though the practice of Transformational Breath®. The gift of joy, peace and fullness of life.
Transformational Breath® is a powerful holistic healing system that is able to reach all levels of our being; body, mind and spirit. It teaches us how to take a full conscious and connected breath. This type of breath work is so powerful, for as we begin to breath fully with our diaphragm, our breath goes deeply into our body so we can experience the healing we have been looking for. There are many benefits through practicing Transformational Breath®. These benefits include improve physical health, cleared emotional pain, enhanced mental clarity and a stronger connection to self and spirit.
We breath in and we breath out. This continues over and over again all day, every day. The average person takes 16 breaths per minute, which means we take around 960 breaths an hour; 23,040 breathes a day and 8,409,600 a year. This is our life, measured by Breath. We are not taught in school how to breath. It’s an automatic process our bodies do for us since our first breath, but does that mean we are doing it correctly? Most offent times the anser is no. We are not taking in enough air. We are holiding our breaths in many stressfull situations. Have you ever caught yourself holding your breath? This happens when we are feeling negative emotions. Thankfully we have an autonomic nervous system that regulates our breathing without our conscious effort. But how many of us take the time to sit and breath consciously with all of our awareness?
The first level of Transformational Breath® is Physical. Breath connects us to life. We all breath, right? Since our first breath, as we entered the world, we have been breathing.n In reality, most of us are only using around 20-30% of our lung capacity. We are not taking full diaphragmatic breaths. We don’t really give our breathing much thought unless we begin to have respiratory issues such as asthma, emphysema or other life threatening respiratory disorders.Transformational Breath® educates us on an individual basis on how to breath properly and more fully with our diaphragm, which is the muscle of respiration. It is important to learn how to have a full connected and relaxed breath. This simple and natural way of breathing fully will give you many health benefits such as increased oxygenation throughout your body, improved energy levels, stimulates circulation and detoxification, balances the five systems of flow (arterial, venous, nerve, lymph and Qi) throughout the body which will improve the functioning of many of your internal organs.
The second level of Transformational Breath® is Emotional and Mental. Your breath is a practical and easy tool that is always with you. The breath will help you to explore emotional holdings that create physical stress, pain and disease. Breathing deeply creates the space for our unresolved emotional issues to be resolved permanently. Have you ever heard of the saying that “our issues are in our tissues?” What this means is that we store our emotions in our bodies. In cognitive talk therapy you can talk about your issues for years without any resolve as you are not getting into the emotions that are stored deep in your body tissue. The breath takes you there. It has been said that one breath session is like two years of talk therapy. That’s how efficient your own breath is for deep emotional and mental healing.
In Quantum physics there is a law called “the law of entrainment”. The high vibration of your breath which is essentially life force energy or Qi will naturally go into the areas of lower vibration in the body to raise the frequency. With the Breath, any unresolved emotions that are causing pain and suffering will naturally be raised to a higher frequency and will be integrated once and for all. It is so important to release sadness, anger or fear in our tissues. If we don’t they cause stagnation in our body and continues to create more pain and disharmony in our lives. Pain is a sign that something is out of balance, so listen to your body as pain is your body’s way of getting your attention.
On the emotional and mental level integration happens as we physically open our breath and any blockages of repressed emotions are freed to be released and integrated. All of the emotional clutter inside your mind and body can be easily cleared. You will be free to stop reacting to the world around you and take control of your life so you will be able to manifest the perfect life you have always dreamed of!
The third level of Transformational Breath® is Spiritual. A full connected breath creates a space within you so you can connect more deeply with your own inner beliefs and values. You will be free to live in the present moment and be all that you are meant to be. As your internal vibration begins to elevate you will experience the frequency of love and your life will reflect that with an over all sense of well being. You will be in the flow of life as your life is a reflection of your open and connected breath. Let’s breath in all our good so we can live a life of balance and harmony. It is time!
